Lodge building application with Private Certifier (Building Inspector) for building approval.
Email existing house and site detail photos to Private Certifier.

All fees and levies are payable by the client. If by prior arrangement the Building Designer acts on the owner's behalf, the owner must reimburse the designer fees in full.
