Design house and prepare 1:100 scale floor plans showing roof layout and approximate dimensions.
Prepare 1:100 scale existing floor plans showing roof layout with dimensions (for extension/renovation)
Prepare 1:100 scale existing floor bearers, joist direction, stumps and lower wall and base layout (for extension/renovation)
Design and prepare proposed extension and alteration floor play layout with approximate dimensions.
