Supervison of a building construction site can only be conducted by a licensed and competent person on site at all times. To minimise the cost to the client Building Concepts & Solutions will perform continued supervision on a casual basis. The rates for site visits are based on a rate of $110 (plus GST) per hour which includes the time taking to travel to and from the office. Each visit will be followed up with a written report if requested by the owner. Should the owner choose to select the Building Designer as a supervisor, the owner must inform the builder in writing. The designer will report back to the owner, however the owner must contact the builder directly about issues arising from supervision inspections.
