Slab and footing plan detailing information from engineer and geotechnical consultants with drainage, wet area tiled areas and steps and falls.
Typical cross section and detailed cross sections as needed.
Prepare wall framing design and detail schedule.
Prepare bracing design, drawings and reference dtails showing roof girder positions.
Prepare tie down design, drawings and reference details showing uplift points for roof girder trusses.
Prepare energy efficiency and insulation schedule.
Collaborate with geotechnical consultant to prepare slab and footing details and drawings.
Collaborate with engineering consultant to prepare suspended slab design and detailing, design and checking of major structural elements.
Working drawings allow the builder and sub-contractors price the works with accuracy and also allow the builder to determine stages at which key materials may have to be ordered to avoid delays. Larger than 1:100 scale drawings can be purchased if required. For buildings in the BCC area an energy efficiency compliance assessment must be performed by a BERS certificate issued.
